Field Improvements at Lewinsville Park -
We Need Your Support
We are asking for your help to fund field improvements for our athletes and the community! On Giving Tuesday McLean Youth Soccer launched an ongoing fundraising campaign to build a restroom facility, storage, and outdoor shelter at the Lewinsville Park fields. The total estimated cost for the project is $650,000 which includes cost for construction, site work, and utility work. Your donation will make this happen - no amount is too small!
The proposed structure will replace the existing portable toilets enhancing the experience when visiting the fields. Construction is set to begin summer of 2024 and the new facility will include:
Women's Restroom 400 SF (2-4 Fixtures)
Men's Restroom 400 SF (2-4 Fixtures)
Storm Shelter 200 SF
Storage Area 200 SF
The addition of the restrooms at Lewinsville Park is an extension of our on-going goal to maintain and improve facilities for athletes and families. MYS has contributed several million dollars over the years to FCPA to build turf fields for the youth of our community. These fields include Linway Park, Lewinsville Park 2 & 3, Spring Hill Recreation Center 2, 3 & 5, Holladay Field, and the Police Field.
