Paula is the Finance Director for McLean Youth Soccer. She joined MYS in mid-2021 as Finance Admin and moved into the role of Finance Manager at the start of 2022 before transitioning to her director role in July 2023. As the Finance Director, Paula is responsible for managing the club’s day-to-day financial activities, the travel program team accounts and performs all HR functions for the club. She has over 10 years of experience in the Washington, D.C. area soccer community, during which she has been a travel club administrator, travel coach and a volunteer SFL coach.  Paula has a degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University and looks forward to her young children playing soccer.
