Coaching Experience:United Soccer Coaches 2018 National Youth Coach of the Year; ECNL National Champion, Semi-Finalist and top team in the country (COVID shorten year);  8 Time Mid-Atlantic ECNL Champion which included 4 undefeated Mid-Atlantic seasons and 9 top 10 regular season overall finishes; USYS National Finalist; Regional Champion, Finalist, and Semi-Finalist; 5 VA State Cup Championships with 2 different team; Helped place over 150 players on collegiate soccer teams and numerous kids on USYNT teams and professional teams; Assisted the Howard Lady Bison to the first conference final (Great West Conference) and multiple SWAC championships
