Player Pathways in McLean Youth Soccer

The MYS Recreation Program provides youth ages 4 - 19 in the McLean area an opportunity to have fun while playing soccer with other players in the area. In the fall and spring seasons, U6 and up players train weekly, and play in a game each weekend. TOPSoccer brings the opportunity of learning and playing soccer for young athletes with disabilities. For more information about the various components and opportunities for a Recreation player, please visit the Recreation Program pages.

The MYS Travel Program provides all components of competitive youth soccer for boys and girls in an environment that promotes excellence, sportsmanship, self-confidence, and respect to ensure that each player achieves their soccer goals, realizes their full soccer potential and falls in love with the game of soccer. The Travel Program consists of varying levels of play for the young athlete - Travel, Premier, Elite - increasing in level of play, level of competition, and level of commitment required. All levels within the MYS Travel Program are coached by professional coaches under the same coaching structure and philosophy led by the MYS Technical Director and the team of Age Group Managers.
