Karen Graham is a Senior Manager of Cyber Threat Intelligence at LinkedIn, leading a global team focused on advanced cybercriminal abuse. Previously at Meta, she managed efforts to prevent child sexual exploitation and combat civic misinformation. Karen’s career began at the CIA, where she spent over 15 years in multiple overseas assignments, contributing to intelligence collection and policy shaping. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, actively supporting LinkedIn’s Women@ ERG. Karen holds a BA in Foreign Affairs and Latin American Studies from the University of Virginia and an MPA from George Mason University. She lives in McLean, Virginia, with her husband, children, and two French Bulldogs. Her daughter Nadhia has played at McLean Youth Soccer since returning to the US in 2017. In her spare time, Karen enjoys working out, hiking, and adventure travel.
