Neal is a partner at the law firm of Wiley Rein LLP, where he focuses on commercial litigation.  He currently serves on the board of directors of District Sports, a non-profit organization that organizes leagues, tournaments, and other soccer events in the DC area. Neal formerly served on the boards of the South Asian Bar Association of Washington and the National South Asian Bar Association, and also co-chaired his firm’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee.  Neal is a McLean native and played for MYS in the 1980s, both in the house league and on one of the original boys’ travel teams.  He has a  daughter that plays in the travel team program.
