New Elite Training Program – Summer 2024

MYS is excited to offer a new Elite Training program this summer for U11-U14 (2014-2011 birth years) players who want to develop a better game awareness and technical foundation in their game. The program is a partnership with ON3 Football and led by MYS Boys Technical Director Omid Namazi, former US Women’s National Team and US U18 and U20 Men’s National Team coach.

Associate Executive Director Brings GOTB to VA

“If a kid doesn’t have transportation to a program, it doesn’t matter if they can afford it or not,” says Tim Ryerson.
Wearing one hat, he serves as associate executive director of McLean (Virginia) Youth Soccer. Wearing another, he is the creator of Get on the Bus. Since 2017, has broken down transportation and financial barriers, so boys and girls in suburban Washington can play recreational soccer.
