Lisa is the ECNL Administrator for MYS and its Virginia Union FC boys and girls elite soccer programs.  She provides management support to 12 Elite Clubs National League coaches and their teams, directs fundraising events, oversees game day logistics, and coordinates communications and activities with the league.

As a parent of three former MYS soccer players, Lisa managed past ECNL teams including the 2018 Girls National Champions and worked closely with ECNL programming for six years.  Her background is in international communications having served for ten years as a corporate development and marketing executive with Swiss Telecom. Previously she also worked in the U.S. Senate and has an MA from the University of Southern California and a BA from the University of Arkansas.
